Multiply your parking space by 2X to 25X,
depending on the model chosen.
Space Park Systems designs, installs and maintains fully automated parking systems for India's densest urban sites — driverless, ramp-free towers and shuttles that store and retrieve vehicles at the press of a button.
Engineered on globally proven technology · Installed across India
Sensors and signal lights guide your car onto the transfer pallet at ground level.
Lock the car, step out. Confirm via smart card, PIN, RFID or mobile app.
Lifts and shuttles carry the vehicle to an optimal slot. No driver enters the structure.
Tap your card. Car arrives in the cabin within ~2 minutes, facing the exit.
Your car is parked by the building — not by a driver.
स्वचल · Swachala — "self-moving." Our name for parking that runs itself.
An Automated Parking System (APS) is a mechanized structure that transports vehicles from an entry cabin to a storage position — and back — entirely by machine. The driver simply parks in a ground-level cabin, locks the car, and walks away. Lifts, shuttles and turntables do the rest.
Because no human ever drives inside the structure, an APS eliminates ramps, driving aisles, walkways, staircases and ventilation volumes that consume up to 50% of a conventional car park. The result: the same number of cars in half the space, or twice the cars in the same space — often far more.
For Bengaluru and other land-starved Indian metros, where a single basement level can cost crores to excavate, automated parking converts dead circulation area into revenue-generating, livable or sellable space.
Six automated configurations. One for every site.
Every Space Park installation begins with your plot geometry — not a catalogue.
Automated Tower Parking
A high-rise steel tower with a central lift that places cars on either side, level by level. Stores 30–70+ cars on the footprint of just two — roughly 50 m².
Shuttle & Crane Systems
Robotic shuttles travel along storage aisles, exchanging pallets between racks and lifts. Scales smoothly into hundreds of cars across basements or above-grade halls.
Automated Puzzle Parking
Platforms slide horizontally and vertically in a grid, freeing a path for any car without moving the others out of sequence. Fully independent access, indoors or outdoors.
Rotary Parking
A Ferris-wheel carousel that rotates 6–16 cars around a single ground-level bay. The smallest footprint of any automated system — two car spaces become sixteen.
Automated Pit & Basement Systems
Lifts and sliding platforms hide entire fleets beneath driveways, gardens or podium decks. The surface stays free for landscaping, fire access or amenity space.
Vishesh Custom Systems
Irregular plot? Mixed car-and-SUV fleet? EV-charging integration? We engineer hybrid configurations combining lift, shuttle and puzzle modules around your exact constraints.
Four steps. No driving, no searching, no scratches.
Drive into the cabin
Guidance sensors and signal lights position your car perfectly on the transfer pallet at ground level.
Exit & confirm
Lock the car, step out, and confirm at the terminal — smart card, PIN, RFID tag or mobile app.
The system parks it
Lifts and shuttles carry the vehicle to an optimal storage slot. Doors stay closed; no person enters the structure.
Retrieve on demand
Tap your card on return. Your car arrives in the cabin — typically within two minutes — facing the exit, ready to drive away.
The business case writes itself.
Automated parking is not a gadget — it is a land-economics decision. Every square metre released from ramps and aisles becomes leasable, sellable or livable area.
Radical space efficiency
Store up to 4 times more vehicles per square foot. No ramps, no aisles, no door-opening clearance, lower floor-to-floor heights.
Total vehicle security
No public access inside the structure means zero theft, vandalism, dents or dings — and no liability from cars circulating among pedestrians.
Lower operating cost
Minimal lighting, no mechanical ventilation for an occupied garage, no parking attendants, and energy drawn only when a car moves.
Safer & greener
No engines idling or circling for a slot cuts emissions inside the facility to zero.
Compliance & approvals
Helps projects meet municipal parking norms (KMC/BBMP and equivalents) on plots where conventional parking simply cannot fit.
Future-ready
EV charging pallets, ANPR entry, app-based pre-retrieval and IoT-based remote diagnostics can be integrated from day one.
Choosing the right system at a glance.
Indicative parameters for standard passenger cars and SUVs. Final dimensions are confirmed in the site-specific General Arrangement Drawing (GAD).
| System | Typical Capacity | Footprint Logic | Retrieval Time | Installation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tower Parking | 30 – 70+ cars | ~2 car spaces (≈ 50 m²) | 60 – 120 sec | Above grade; steel structure |
| Shuttle / Crane | 50 – 500+ cars | Long-span halls or multi-level basements | 90 – 180 sec | Above or below grade |
| Automated Puzzle | 8 – 50 cars | Grid of W×D platforms | 40 – 90 sec | Stilt, podium or basement |
| Rotary | 6 – 16 cars | ~2 car spaces; vertical carousel | ~60 sec avg | Above grade; fastest to erect |
| Pit / Basement Lift | 2 – 20+ cars | Hidden below driveways and decks | 30 – 90 sec | Below grade |
Standard pallets accommodate vehicles up to ~5,300 mm length, ~2,200 mm width and 2.0–2.6 t, with dedicated SUV-height levels available.
Built for India's hardest parking problems.
Common questions, straight answers.
How long does it take to get my car back?+
Typically 60–120 seconds depending on system type and position of the vehicle. Peak-hour performance is modelled during design so the system is sized for your building's actual exit patterns — and app-based pre-retrieval lets your car be waiting before you reach the lobby.
What happens during a power failure?+
Systems are designed for connection to building backup power, and every installation includes a manual/emergency retrieval procedure. Critical safety locks are fail-safe — vehicles remain mechanically secured even with no power.
Can it handle SUVs and EVs?+
Yes. Systems are configured with dedicated high-roof levels for SUVs, and pallets can carry vehicles of 2.0–2.6 tonnes. EV charging can be integrated at storage positions or in the transfer cabin, with charge status visible on the operator panel.
How much maintenance does an APS need?+
A preventive maintenance visit roughly every month to quarter, depending on usage intensity, under a structured AMC. Space Park provides trained Bengaluru-based engineers, genuine spares and defined response-time commitments.
Is automated parking approved under Indian building norms?+
Mechanical and automated parking is recognized by major municipal authorities as a means of meeting sanctioned parking requirements. We support your architect with the drawings, load data and documentation required for plan sanction in your jurisdiction.
What does an automated parking system cost?+
Cost per car space varies widely with system type, capacity, civil scope and finishes — which is why we begin with a free site assessment. In most urban projects the system cost is offset by the land, basement excavation and built-up area it releases.
