Customized
Parking.
When standard configurations don't fit your site, we engineer one that does. The Vishesh Series is Space Park Systems' bespoke parking line — purpose-built solutions designed around your plot geometry, structural constraints, car-count target and architectural intent.
No two difficult sites are the same. An odd-shaped basement, a heritage façade you can't disturb, a podium with low headroom, a mixed fleet of SUVs and compacts, or a capacity figure that simply won't close on a catalogue product — these are exactly the briefs the Vishesh Series is built for.
What “Customized”
Actually Means
A custom system isn't a different product — it's a different starting point. Instead of asking which catalogue model fits your site, we start with your site and engineer the system around it. That can mean adapting a proven mechanism, combining two system types, or designing a structure from first principles.
We customize across four dimensions:
How We Build a Vishesh Solution
Every custom project follows a disciplined engineering path. You see a feasibility study and a General Arrangement Drawing before any commercial commitment.
We capture plot dimensions, sanctioned drawings, headroom, soil and structural data, target capacity and the vehicle mix you need to park.
Our engineers model options — system type, layout and realistic car count — and recommend the right approach rather than the largest one.
You receive a CAD-accurate GAD showing platforms, clearances, pits, circulation and integration with the building structure.
Structural, mechanical, hydraulic/electrical and safety design are finalized and aligned with your architect and authorities.
Components are fabricated to specification and installed by trained teams, with commissioning and load testing on completion.
We hand over with documentation and operator training, backed by our Stambh Care annual maintenance program.
Custom Solution Categories
Most Vishesh projects fall into one of the families below. They can be combined within a single site when different zones demand different answers.
Proven stack and pit-parking mechanisms re-engineered for non-standard headroom, shallow pits or irregular bays — ideal for retrofits and basements where a catalogue unit won't physically fit.
Two or more system types combined in one development — for example puzzle modules at podium level with an automated tower below — to hit a capacity target a single product can't reach.
Automated or semi-automated towers configured to a specific shaft footprint and height, maximizing cars on minimal ground area for tight urban plots.
Systems designed to sit behind a defined elevation, podium or heritage frontage, with finishes and openings coordinated so the parking is invisible from the street.
Platforms and clearances sized for SUVs, vans, EVs with charging, or a deliberate mix of vehicle classes across the same installation.
Typical Design Parameters
Indicative ranges only — every Vishesh system is dimensioned to your actual site. Final figures are confirmed in the feasibility study and GAD.
| Parameter | Typical Range / Approach |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 2 to 60+ cars per system; scalable by combining modules |
| Platform load | 2,000–2,500 kg per platform (heavier on request for vans/SUVs) |
| Vehicle clearance | Sized per fleet — compact, sedan, SUV and EV profiles |
| Pit / headroom | Engineered to available depth and clearance, including shallow-pit options |
| Drive system | Hydraulic or electro-mechanical, selected per system type |
| Controls | PLC-based control with safety interlocks, photocells and anti-fall locks |
| Operation | Dependent, independent or fully automated, per layout |
| Finish & integration | Coordinated with façade, podium and building MEP services |
Why a Custom System
Pays Off
A bespoke solution isn't always the most expensive one — it's the one that recovers the most value from the land you already own.
Maximum yield from your plot. Recover cars a standard product would leave on the table.
Fits where catalogue units can't. Solve odd geometry, low headroom and retrofit constraints.
Architecturally clean. Parking integrated into the building rather than bolted on.
Right-sized investment. You build exactly what the site needs — no over- or under-specification.
Single-point accountability. One partner for design, supply, installation and maintenance.
Engineering-backed confidence. A GAD and feasibility note before you commit a rupee.

End-to-end ownership. Design, supply, installation, commissioning and Care.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a custom system priced?+
Pricing depends on system type, capacity, structural work and finishes. After the feasibility study, you receive a budgetary estimate against a defined GAD, then a firm quotation once the design is locked.
How long does a custom project take?+
Feasibility and GAD are typically issued within days of receiving your site data. Manufacturing and installation timelines depend on system size and are confirmed at the design stage.
Can you work with my architect's drawings?+
Yes. We work directly from sanctioned or working drawings and coordinate with your architect and consultants so the system fits the structure, façade and services.
Can a custom system be installed in an existing building?+
Often, yes. Retrofits into existing basements and podiums are a core Vishesh use case, subject to a site survey of headroom, structure and access.
Do you maintain the system after installation?+
Yes. Every installation can be covered under our Care annual maintenance program, with Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers.
